What We Do

Medical Services of America provides all medical examinations and testing required for immigrants applying for Green Card (permanent resident status) in the United States.

Services

The immigration medical examination is part of the application to obtain residency in the United States of America (Green Card). We offer immigration medical examinations provided in accordance with the requirements of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Our doctor is designated by USCIS as Civil Surgeon and is highly experienced with the USCIS immigration examinations. The examination includes the following:

• Physical examination according to the guidelines of the USCIS and the CDC
• PPD skin testing for tuberculosis
• Chest x-ray if indicated
• Vaccinations, as needed
• Completion of required USCIS paperwork (forms I-693, I-693 Supplemental and the N-648 Medical Certification for Disability)

Nosotros realizamos exámenes médicos para la inmigración según los requisitos de los Servicios de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de los Estados Unidos (USCIS). El examen forma parte de la solicitud para obtener la residencia (una tarjeta verda) en los Estados Unidos. Nuestro médico está certificado por los USCIS como Cirujano Civil para hacer estos exámenes. In order to save you time and possibly cost, it is advised that the individual brings to the examination all available medical records for each family member being examined including:

• Medical records including medications
• Vaccination records
• Blood and lab tests
• Chest x-rays (done within the last 2 years)
• Skin test for Tuberculosis (PPD)
